Needing Help With A Messed Up Penny

On the front the date is messed up and the lettering up top is too. On the back if you zoom in on the left I think I see 2 eyes and a wing going up. I also see Abe Lincoln in one of the columns. It looks to me like the copper plating on this cent has worn away in places (especially at the last digit of the date and at the mintmark) and then underlying zinc core has started to deteriorate.
