On the reverse, double die Memorial building columns and "T" of the cent, double rim of both observe and reserve, missing letters of "OF AMERICA". On the observe, lamination on Lincoln's face.

withe regards to the missing lettering - well it could de Die Deterioration, Grease Filled Die or over-polished die.

I am going with a Grease Filled Die - a Greaser

I'm going with plate doubling on the Memorial.

While it looks like a Struck Through Grease because of the widened letters, it is a strike issue. The obverse needed more metal to fill the die, so the reverse suffered the strength of strike. This happens so often, thus the explanation already prepared.

Thank you! Mr Coop. But in my opinion under the reasonable striking process, if the reverse suffered the strength of strike, then the reverse device should be a sharper design, but at present the observe design is more conspicuous.

Sorry, it's an issue with the strike. Not a doubled die.
