First I though it is parking lot damaged but when I look closely I see all the little dots and then I used my USB scope to look I see a pony tail of MR. Washington pop out. Please check and let me know if I am right

Bate, what I see is a layer of clear glue (like crazy glue) with some bubbles and perhaps the partial impression of another coin. I think that you'll find it possible to peel this glue off of the nickel, especially if you can soften it up with an acetone bath first.

Spence has it, notice the impressions are reversed, you can see AMERICA backwards...a coin was stuck to this substance is all.

A lot of funny things goes on with coins doesn't it Bate?
