Just the week before I picked up this "mini" Ptolemy
I believe from what I read that it is attributed to Bodrum in Turkey although some have identified Acre as the source

Either Ptolemy III or Ptolemy IV
(but who is counting ?)

3.52 grams 17mm
"tripod" series
Nice green color too ......

I suspect it's a trident, not tripod in the left reverse field.

Ptolemy III, Trident Series, would be my guess. Size is right.

Typo, meant "Trident Series" (5)

Point I was trying to make is that there is a single line in the left field that appears to me to be a trident, not tripod, as in these examples, 12 and 15 mm respectively:

Ahhhhh
Confusionism
I thought you were referring to coin #2
Yes it is likely that #1 is a trident

Thanks, Fuzzy.

FR, for comparison. Bit of crud on the OP coin, but looks like it might be a trident rather than tripod.:

I am beginning to think I should break a little from just collecting Romans. I am liking these coins!

Question: I see a lot of these with the round indentations in the center, does this have to do with the minting process?

Those are sometimes called centration dimples. If you search the term here at CCF, you'll see a number of threads touched upon the subject. Here are two good ones:

Doug Smith offers some speculation on centration dimples on some Roman provincials here:

I believe any collector of the "unusual" should have at least one Ptolemaic bronze in the collection.
I try to "restrict" my personal collecting to Roman bronzes
But Alexander (Herakles lionskin) gets a special exemption ......... as does Ptolemy (Zeus Ammon)
The intermediate sized Ptolemy's (30-40 gram range) are relatively common and can be found in better than Fine condition for under $100
As always patience is a virtue ! If you shop long enough you might find a real nice one for half !
