Hey Bate, Good evening! Well here's the rundown, by color. RED is Split Plating issues, exposed zinc core. YELLOW is Die Deterioration, motion towards the rim and BLUE is just plain shelf-like MD.

The areas on the outside edge of the devices probably showing gray color if from split plating. When the splits oxygen starts reaching the zinc. This will swell and raise. I can also see this on the outside of the building. No premium for this.

In the letter 's' on States, the last letter is showing Machine Doubling. No premium for this either.

On several of the devices, you can see Die Deterioration, even on the lower rungs of letters like the 'E's. most of the devices are showing in this. No premium for this either. So you found an educational piece, that covers several types of issues all on one coin. Kind of the best of the worst coin.

Great answer Crazyb0! Split Plate Doubling happens when the thin Copper plating breaks during the strike, causing the Zinc core to get exposed.
