Mostly Chinese. One of the experts on these types will help you out shortly.
Neat coins. My dad's Asian coins from WWII were almost all the tin and zinc wartime Japanese issues.

Yikes, that is a lot of coins; best practice would be to split this up into more manageable groups of three or so.
Also, any chance that you can confirm that the silver-colored coins are not attracted to a magnet? These may all be real, but my first guess is always going to be fake with them.

The silver ones are extremely light, like aluminum. They have been in our possession since 1945... Number 14 is a high relief, but the rim has smashed.

I'll identify the Korean and Japanese ones: Korean: Surprise, neither Chinese or Japanese (for future reference, some elements that should give off whether it's a Korean coin are circles and ovals in the characters.). Coin #7 is the only Korean coin in the batch. It's a 1/4 Yang, Gwangmu Year 2 (1898), back in the days of the Korean Empire. Copper-Nickel composition. Japanese: #1- 1 Sen, Showa 11 (1936). #5- (the obverse pic is upside down)1 Sen, Taisho 13 (1924).

Thanks Matteproof! My Dad was on Guam, Okinawa (Wounded there) and Tsing Tao China... I'm thinking the coins came from his time in Tsing Tao.

Counterfeiters worked on paper money back then... Coins were more difficult and not worth it then.
Anyone on the Chinese coins?

Wow! Thanks gxseries! As a side note, my wife and I just did a Viking river cruise on the Rhine. Got to be friends with a couple from Australia... He was a retired Sgt in your army. Had a lot of fun together...

silverai - need photos to start off with. Assuming it's similar to the condition above, maybe 30 - 50 dollars. Again, I don't keep track of varieties which mean it could potentially be worth more.
