Looks fairly normal to me. What is the "bow" that is missing?

Looks like a Grease Filled Die for the part of the bow that's missing. No premium for this, but an interesting find.

That is true, but if you look really closely at your pics, you will see several small nicks and contact marks. Your coin is nice, but still not worth more than face value.

Looks like the bow tie neck area has been over polished. But the strike that year was stronger. The rim is higher also.

This was caused by an over polished die from trying to get rid of a Die Clash. That's why the devices are partially missing.
