Better pics of the whole coin is required.
However the 1931 appears to be the dropped one version.

Hmm just went though most of my copper coins and I have to say there are quite a few varieties found a halfpenny missing K on (KG) a couple of die cracks pennies and couple weak strikes pennies. Makes me wonder what they were doing at the mint....

The 51 looks like a normal(unless I am missing something) London minted half.

There was some sort of 'mule' Halves with the wrong Obverse in the 51-55 period but I think they were all minted in Perth.I don't think any London minted coins were involved but someone on here may know more.
I have all the details on them somewhere,if I can find them I will post.
