Where do you plan on buying them?
What coins are you specifically looking for?
What grades?

I don't think you can find many of them for under $100 unless you sacrifice a poor grade

I would stick with either an 1876-CC or 1877-CC Quarter or Dime in Fine-Very Fine. This would not kill your budget and it would still be a nice looking coin. Plus, they are usually available often.

Check out ebay. You will find many CC's there. Most folks on ebay accept credit cards or Paypal. Good luck!

Dimes 75, 76, 77
Quarters maybe a low grade 75. 76, 77, 78
Half dollar 75, 76, 77
All of the silver dollars will most likely be over the $50 limit even in low grade.
