Here are what I believe are two die breaks on the 1960 D penny. I found the platform one listed online somewhere.

Maybe die chips? I'm not 100% sure.

Added: for the blob at the top of the letter O, it would be a chipped post.

You have a small date. Those had die chipping very often. That is what you have on your coin on both areas.

These are called Die Chips, not Die Breaks. Die Breaks have to be 4mm or longer. Anything smaller than that is a Die Chip.
