I'm with @john1 on this one. @bate if you make an overlay by taking the image of the front of the coin, inverting it, and then placing it on top of the back of your coin, I suspect that these "bumps" in the bays correspond to features on Lincoln's profile. I'm not sure about value, but your is a nice example and could be saved for future reference.

It looked to me like it didn't quite line up which is why I thought they were die chips.

Honestly, to me it still does not look right. If it is a die clash then it's reversed. The chin is pointing in the wrong direction. In the overlay picture the chin is pointing to the right of the memorial! And on your coin it appears to be pointing to the left.
