The devices on the large dates we showing devices so large that many mistakes them as doubled dies. The die that struck your coin is also showing die wear, along with Machine Doubling. So the coin is from a normal die, Md and affected by die wear.

It's not a Doubled Die Obverse. This is part of the design, and it's normal. It shows Die Deterioration and Machine Doubling.
Errers and Varietys.

I think about late die stage of the die that struck this coin E-n-V and Coop cause you will see this one on Doubledie.com list at WDD-003 but in the early stage of the die. Robert Lawson thinks this is DDO in his opinion. Newbie like me is so confused now. Good thing is when I doubt something I keep the coin. Before , after got you guys answers I tossed the coin LOL. Thanks again Mr. Coop and E-n-V
