While looking through some steelies this stood out to me. Looked through VV and Wexler's and couldn't find this RPM. Looks a bit similar to RPM-05 but not very close. It's got die polishing marks over the RPM but is visible as a secondary S on the West of the S. Look for additional serrifs and secondary right bound.

Looks like a slider in the pics. Can you get a closeup of the mintmark?

I'm not seeing a RPM, I don't see anything that looks like a part of another mintmark.

You might be seeing Die Deterioration Doubling since it does appear to be a late die state coin.

I agree with luvmyCAM that a closer image of the mintmark may show what you're seeing better.

If you can get a closer picture on the mint mark, that would be great. :)

Note the direction. It is in the direction of die wear and die flow. Not a RPM. When the die was new, it was a normal die. Now it is showing its age. (The steel cents wore the steel dies a lot faster)

I believe what you are seeing is Die Deterioration. There also appears to be a Grease Fill on the 4.

You can see the same thing on the 9 and 3 also. Die wear.
