Your coin is in a Late Die State (LDS). The die has been polished down to get rid of Die Clashes. There's die flow lines as well. Just a tired die almost ready for retirement soon.
Errers and Varietys.

By marci grass, I meant the lines around the eye, and down the cheek. Kind of resembles a decorative mask. Sorry for the confusion. There is some toning. I was stumped by the radiating wrinkles around his eye.

Berto, there's no value above face for this, since it is only in a Very Late Die State. It's part of normal wear and tear on the dies.

Well I am throwing another one into the mix because I have seen this on many of the Kennedy halves. PIDT - Progressive Indirect Die Transfer - When I see the circle outline around the head. http://www.error-ref.com/progressiv...gn-transfer/The "Radiating Wrinkles" that you mentioned I think have a nickname of "Crow's feet"
