FYI - That is not a Cud. Cud's are related to and attached to a coin's rim.

Lets reason on this a bit. On the coin the line is raised. So what does that mean on the die? It is a negative, so it would be a mark on that area. So the flat field was altered by polishing. Bay one on the left side, has the simulated column on the left side. The second column is also altered on the top side of the column. So the coin was altered with damage. Also seeing the top and bottom of the building, it will show us if the die had die scratches that affected the bay area. So more images are needed to see if this if this is the case. If so, then it is just a normal coin. But more than one of columns would should have the affected. (Another clue)

Not a Cud. A Cud is attached to the rim only. That's called a Retained Die Break. These are examples of Cuds. cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-cent-cuds-2000-2008/
