USSID18 Pillar of the Community 5464 Posts	Posted 08/05/2018 11:54 am First, it's not normal. No coin should look like that. Second I believe it's a legitimate mint error, not PMD. Now for the most important part. What is it and what caused it? I'm not an expert. I don't think it's a lamination. Looks more like some type of struck thru. Others will chime here. Other then that, it's a nice looking coin and very interesting find! ! Report this Post to the Staff
