What do you see as an error?
All I see is is a coin that has taken some hits.

All I see is a die chip/broken post in the mintmark. Not a doubled die.

Sorry for the lack of detail. I was referring to the MM and the bulging of the '9' and '0'

9 and 0 are PMD, the MM is a die chip/broken post.

The lines on the mint mark that area lower is from a damaged mint mark punch.
1970-S-LMC.-Is-This-An-Error?
The punching of the die was onto a hardened steel die. The punch was also hardened. But hitting the two together eventually ruins the weaker one. The punch. Causing it to roll or form a bur on it. Thus the lines on the mint mark.

The 9 and 0 look more like MD or an over polishing issue.

As the 9 and 0 appear to be more shelf-like, I'm with @john1 on these two numbers demonstrating Machine Doubling. In the end, though, the distinction between damage and MD is academic, because this cent is only worth face value.

Oh yeah. I can also see slight Machine Doubling as well.
