Looks like Die Deterioration to me, not a doubled die. Also could be plate disturbance doubling.

As mentioned, it is Die Deterioration. This is how the die wear on the single squeeze dies. It affects the fields, rather than the devices. Date on the right side, LIBERTY on the Left side and on the motto on the tops of the devices.:
