Don't see the reverse so I'll assume its normal. The obverse strike seem misaligned a bit. Dissecting the rims left to right.
Inner rim is the actual inner design rim created by the dies recessed edge. Note it seems to fade out about 3:00.
Middle rim is the actual outer design rim created by the barrier, that the collar (backfill) presents.
Outer rim is just remnants of the proto rim that missed the boat.
Note: The gutter is often seen or produced on misaligned die strikes as it creates a larger that normal gap between the die face and collar. Technically can be called a
Rim Fin as material is pressured into the gaps void, but I often refer to this type as a false rim.
Unrelated note: Often if the gutter partially fills on mialigned die examples, its thought to be a rim
