 To the CCfLooks like the 5 has taken a hit and moved the metal. Didn't leave the mint this way so not an error, just damage.

Definitely damage--perhaps accidental or perhaps purposeful. Either way, not much value to this LWC.

 To CCF! That is definitely Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The number "5" got damaged from taking a well placed hit.
