Hi I'm Newbeee, and I did my best to blow it up to see. I think I may have a keeper. Has anyone else found one like this?

Not a small date. When you see the two coin side by side it helps to see the difference:

To CCF! This is a Large Date Cent, not a Small Date Cent. The reason why your coin is falling apart is because Zinc Rot corrosion has set in, do to the Copper plating breaking, exposing the Zinc core. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left it the U.S. Mint). It's not an error. Because of all of this damage, it's only worth face value.
