Once he did it for 2 months! I've built a good relationship with him so he doesn't mind if I'm a bit late. Report this Post to the Staff

From a brand-new bidder on one of my coins, I invoice the sale immediately and then follow up with an email if I haven't heard from them in 4 working days. If I ever go 10 working days without contact, I'll file NPB. So far, I've yet to have a non-paying bidder. Report this Post to the Staff
CoinHunter53562 Pillar of the Community United States 2049 Posts	Posted 07/13/2008 12:24 am One thing sellers should always do is to spell it out in the auction terms (i.e. payment is due within 10 days of the end of the auction). As a seller, you should invoice right away after the auction ends to get the ball rolling. When I sold on ebay, I liked to followup with a reminder roughly halfway through if I hadn't heard anything from the buyer. The key is to be courteous and to offer them a chance to pay late if they need to but to insist on some sort of communication. Afterall, we're not mind readers right? :) Report this Post to the Staff
