I found this awhile ago but there is a one under Lincoln shoulder and not sure what is connected on his other shoulder but its very strange can I know it worn but any help would be great

@gabe, to help us, could you please post full pics of both sides of this coin. You may need to use the free optimizer to get the file size low enough as it looks like you are cropping images currently to get under the threshold. Thx!

Hard to say what happened.
It may of had a die crack on the bust?
It may have been over polished by a rotary tool?
So many what ifs.

But lets consider what you have.
It is a Wheat cent that is well circulated.
Date not clear. Very little more to add on it.
So it is just a Wheat cent. No premium for the condition it is in. sorry

I think that on the bottom of the bust has Die Cracks starting to form, do to being in a Very Late Die State ( Die Deterioration), but it's also very worn down from circulation wear too. It's only worth Copper melt value now.
