$2-Five-Bill-Sn-Sequence.-Worth-Getting-Graded?

Notes are crisp and problem fee, look straight off the strap.

Trying to figure out if these would be worth grading or not. If they are worth grading, which company would you recommend. Any thoughts on value graded or not?

Hello,

I would say no do not certify, these notes are common as you can read below, which you can read more here:

www.quora.com/How-much-is-a-1976-2-bill-worth

It is also not uncommon to see entire packs of 100 uncirculated 1976 two dollar bills. These were frequently saved and today they trade for about double face value. Any single uncirculated 1976 $2 sells for about $2.50. If the note is circulated then it is only worth face value.

PMG or PCGS are the more commonly used for certification, you can expect to spend about $30 per note to be certified ans graded.

Thanks for sharing

No, the grading fees surpass the notes values, many times over.

For what purpose? If it's for your collection and you want the consecutive graded notes then it might be worth it to you. If your purpose is for re-sale, then probably not. PMG 65/66 EPQ graded series 1976 $2 FRNs typically sell for $20-$25.

Welcome and I'll agree with the other CCF members...not worth the fee to submit.

Agree with all the fine posters above... I don't recommend submitting for grading unless it's worth the cost to you to have them graded for your personal collection.

Nice notes tho! Protect them in some sturdy holders.
