I would say no do not certify, these notes are common as you can read below, which you can read more here:

It is also not uncommon to see entire packs of 100 uncirculated 1976 two dollar bills. These were frequently saved and today they trade for about double face value. Any single uncirculated 1976 $2 sells for about $2.50. If the note is circulated then it is only worth face value.

PMG or PCGS are the more commonly used for certification, you can expect to spend about $30 per note to be certified ans graded.

For what purpose? If it's for your collection and you want the consecutive graded notes then it might be worth it to you. If your purpose is for re-sale, then probably not. PMG 65/66 EPQ graded series 1976 $2 FRNs typically sell for $20-$25.

Welcome and I'll agree with the other CCF members...not worth the fee to submit.
