Looks like Machine Doubling on both OBV & REV... notice the doubling is flat and shelf like.

I am still learning, so I will let others make a call, but I think I have seen enough of this to know!

to CCF. It is MD on both sides. No RPM because they stopped in 1990. It is a nice example to keep as a reference piece.

Not premium for this. It is not a doubled die. It is a normal die strike coin with machine damage to the devices right after the strike. This happens often. Spendable.
