Looks like old Mechanical Doubling to me on the left side of the letters on this one. I'm finding its a lot tougher to determine on circulated coins.

Between the tops of the devices near the rim, you can see Die Deterioration there.

To me this coin is a spender. You might consider saving one really nice example in a 2x2, but then I'm not sure why to save more than one.

That one I saved, I found a few with the same Machine Doubling on the inside as well
