From ad: Used (normal wear) For sale are Three (3) Vintage Unsearched Original Bank Wrapped Wheat penny Rolls-- containing ONLY 1909-1919 Teen Wheat Pennies! --150 Pennies in Total (3 Full Rolls)-- --I see a VDB coin on the end of two rolls, I don't know which variety of VDB it is, so it could be 1909 VDB or even 1909 S VDB.-- --One roll has a 1909 on the end!-- --This was purchased at an estate sale as Unsearched teen dated Wheat penny rolls, these wheat pennies have not been opened or searched since they were rolled in the early to mid 1900's by a bank teller-- so these rolls are truly Unsearched and very likely could contain any rare 1909-1919 teen Wheat penny dates-- possible rare dates such as 1909 S VDB, 1909 VDB, 1911 S, Etc-- with these original bank wrapped rolls any rare teen dates, mint marks, or errors are possible. --The entire 3 rolls are guaranteed to be 150 Wheat Pennies from 1909-1919 (Teen Dates Only)! With these type of rolls I'm asking a flat price of $255, that's $1.70 per coin. My price is likely underpriced considering the potential for rare teen dates. |

Most people who aren't interested in Wheat cents know how rare the 1909S VDB is. Most people who aren't interested in US coins know how rare the 1909S VDB is. Some people who aren't even interested in coins in general know how rare the 1909S VDB is. Why should I expect someone who makes a living selling coins on ebay to not know how rare the 1909S VDB is? No honest coin seller anywhere on Earth would ever intentionally dump a $600 item in a lot of anything. Edited by CalzoneManiac
