My 2nd thought was it being a peeled lamination error (Delamination), but I'm pretty sure this is just Post Strike Damage ( PSD) unfortunately. If it was a legitimate Lamination error, then I would suspect that area in question to have a flaky and peeled appearance to it. I'm seeing old, worn down scratches on that area.

Looks like a minor delam. I see the flaky appearance Errers is mentioning.

The lines over the raised devices, tells me it is coin damage. If those lines we not over the devices, I would have thought it was a lamination issue. But the key reason it is not a lamination is that there is no peel. If there were we would see these raised devices, looking like ghost images. All marks on this area is incuse scratches. PSD.
