Send it to your congressman with a letter saying ,this is what happens to copper plated zinc Pennies after a few years . It's time for a change .

T-Bop, I will most certainly send a message and actually have a few family/close friends in politics... John no bull, I made a cookie monster comment when I seen it and was showing the kids.... nss I feel you on the embarrassment part, especially last few years....

List it on ebay as a rare error coin with a BIN price of say.....$60.000. I've seen others try even more ridiculous shenanigans.

Besides, you'll probably find your listing here in short order.

No, they end up like this because they have to make billions of them.

Billions means fast and cheap.

If they only had to make a few million for collectors they could be 95% copper.
