Hi community .I would like to know how this happen and some info will be appreciated I have a 1917 1c Wheat penny with lower case letter T. IN GOD WE tRUST.

Hard to see clearly from this pic, but if you're talking about the first T in Trust, it looks like metal displacement from a circulation hit.  to the CCF!

The T is normal. Something else is going on above the central post. Others will have a better insight.

First, welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @coop that it looks like most of the top part of the first T in TRUST has been pushed toward the center of the coin. The E in WE also seems to have a similar damage pattern.
@frog, the reasn why I disagree with you is that the space between the top part of the T and the rim is larger than for other letters in the word, but the bottom parts of all letters are fine.

Not quite sure exactly what happened, it could have been anything over the last 100+ years. Looks like it may have taken some sort of a hit that moved the metal. What is for sure is that it didn't happen during the striking of the coin so it is PMD. Anyway  to the CCF

The die that struck your coin is showing extreme die wear. So it maybe a die chip starting or die wear flowing towards the rim direction. Either way not a collectable. just a die event. (aging)
