Description: Strong Class II quadrupling spread towards the center shows on USA, HALF DOLLAR, the dots, the stars in the circle, and the stars above EPU. Doubling shows on the designer's initials and on the outer arrows. The top olive leave point is tripled.
Die Markers: Obverse: Accented Hair Variety. Master die doubling from WMDO-002 shows on the obverse. Reverse: Straight G in FG. A short die gouge extends from the rim above the first A in AMERICA.
Cross References: CONECA: 3-R-II
Comments: This variety was originally listed as WDDR-017 but was reassigned due to the large number of "holes" that were created in the listings when the reverse doubled master dies were recognized.
