If you are referring to the coin you posted previously, yes there are genuine coins with the obverse legend L VERVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX TRP VIIII. However, your coin is a fantasy which combines this Roman legend and the portrait of Lucius Verus on one side with a famous Greek coin type struck in Sicily hundreds of years earlier on the other side. A souvenir for tourists.

This one on ebay is offered by the seller as "junk tourist cast fake piece of crap" (harsh critique, even for ebay)weighs 15 grams.

There is only a single issue on Wildwinds with this obverse legend and it is a bimetallic medallion (these weigh 39.51g and 38.90g, respectively):

They aren't actually roman, but Paduan medallions made in renaissance times by a highly skilled die cutter who was familiar with the roman style. Imitations of these wander away from the roman style considerably; your coin is likely a cast of one of these imitations.

Unfortunately, fakes of ancient coins are something of a cottage industry in Lebanon. The 30,000 euro fake I posted earlier tonight under the Balbinus topic is the product of what has been known for decades as the "Beirut" school of forgery. The coins you posted are all what any experienced collector will immediately recognize as "tourist fakes". They are sold all over the middle east to unwary tourists. Sorry the news isn't better.
