I picked up a couple of these just now. Will make good stocking stuffers.
They say the notes will come from both DC and FW. I guess it's luck of the draw which one you get.

Ordered mine also CK....I logged in to US Mint account around 11:45 and went to the Year of the Pig page, and refreshed the page until 12:00:01. Finished in probably 8-10 seconds. First in line at the BEP's Money Store used to almost guaranteed a low number. I'm not sure if the Mint works this way.

I'm probably missing the point here, but how is 8888xxxx a low serial number for any series, block or FRB combination

I understand your question, and agree. What I meant, in years past I would order three. One time I got 20170002, 20170003 and 20170004 on the Triple Deuce sets. A friend, that owns Currency America, would buy the low numbers from me to sell on his website. So, low serial number, no, but low issue numbers sold well for Dan.

Thanks Steve. I figured it must be something like that. Quote: This product is not of interest to me... Me either. Take one of these notes out of its BEP holder and it's just another mildly interesting serial number to me, but more interesting to other folks I guess. To each their own when it comes to collecting

Yep not too bad, especially if you have earned free shipping.

Ok, finally got around to checking the SN's. Nothing earth shaking... Steve, how'd you do?

I may have to cut the cord with the BEP. Poor centering and shipping costs nearly as much as the note.

You'd think they could do better than that.

The centering on my notes is pretty lackluster as well. I was able to score free shipping with the loyalty program, so there's that.
