Someone posted on a post about a possible dime no s mint may have been polished well it was I have been. Removing the compound this is what I'm being left with...opinions still spendable?

As long as they didn't polish off the words "One Dime" you should have no problem spending it!

This coin was altered. Looks like it was dipped into acid and then polished.
The dime that is missing the 'S' mint mark is a proof dime:

The proof coins are very shiny and are struck twice. Your coin is just a dime from the Philadelphia mint. (Before it was abused)

Definitely still spendable. In fact that is probably the BEST thing to do with it.
