Your USB microscope camera has a blurry spot in the middle.
Please post clear images of the whole coin, obverse and reverse.

I think I can safely say it's not a matte proof . The edges of your coin are rounded not square .

+1 for not a proof coin. It may just be the camera, but that coin doesn't look BU ether. ( no mint luster, spots on coin, scratches & dings )

Those images are not very helpful. If I were to judge only by them, I would say definitely not a proof. If it were sold to you as such, I would return it.

I highly doubt that it's the Matte Proof. It looks like a normal 1909 P Lincoln Wheat cent.
