Great finds as usual, MrPink!
My finds over past few days...

Last Friday - a 2008 UK penny off the street in Thatcham, Berkshire. The obverse is quite badly scratched.

Today - two Roosevelt dimes (2001-P and 2020-P) in one of the parking lots at London Gatwick Airport!

this doesn't happen often enough anymore.

my last pick of the night... I was nearing the end of the route with fifty-eight cents in my pocket, rolling past an air-vac when I spotted three gleaming disks on the asphalt:

three quarters. $1.33 on the night, the fourth night this month of finding $1+... the running total has reached $350.

it just keeps piling up, thankfully. tonight I picked $1.67, all well-scattered change, including this fifty-eight cent pick at the first place that I typically start looking for coins- a pet store parking lot, and the next kitty to feed is just around the corner from there:

Post-Your-Stories-&-Pix-Of-Found-Money

i saw the first quarter as I rolled up to the parking area and I immediately stopped to pick it up. I didn't see the rest of it until I got on the bike and began to roll away. I had to stop again and paused for a picture before nabbing the coins.

two consecutive $1+ nights. it's been a while since that last happened. the four quarters that I scored tonight were exactly what I needed to top-off a full roll. the running total hops up to $360.

Finds in pet store parking lots. Since most pets have minimally functional opposable thumbs (if at all), they have a hard time handling coins--much ending up on the ground.

yes, let's hope this trend continues. I'm already feeling the gold bug's bite. I'm hoping for the running total to end somewhere in the $400-$450 range. the closer to $450, the better for me. that'll put me in the neighborhood of a 1/10oz gold coin + a 1oz silver coin, just like I did last black friday.

Excellent harvesting, MrPink!

$360

Monument Metals has 1/10 ounce AGEs for less than $5 over that, and 1/10 ounce Sovereigns for $1 less. Your gold is as good as in the stack!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
