Another of the stronger RPMs I found today. Coin looks better in hand but not too awesome in the super close up images. 1955-D/D/D (east, serifs) Lincoln Wheat cent RPM-003, FS-503 I edited this slightly to change it from FS-502 to FS-503. VarietyVista lists it as FS-502, doubleddie.com lists it as FS-501, so I looked it up in the CherryPickers' Guide and they have it as FS-503 (21.94) so that has to be right. Nice coin! I feel like I accomplished something when a coin matches to an FS variety. Anyways, nice coin! Happy hunting! -CH27

@tropicalbats, Great coin! Quick question. Is the line on the reverse from the IB of PLURIBUS SW through the O of ONE and the left wheat stalk to the rim a lamination or just a scratch?

The line on the reverse is not lamination, nor a scratch. Series of a couple light dings and environmental hazing make it appear as a linear feature.

Thanks, tropicalbats. Well, rats! I was hoping you had a lam there, as well.
Very nice find. That RPM sure is crisp.
