AU58

At least it hasn't been in the "Blue Pool" (dipped)!

Nice coin!

Maybe 61 FH, Try an acetone soak to remove the gunk on the reverse.
Rest in Peace

Nice original AU-58 , I would give it an acetone soak . Crud won't just fall off by itself so give it a slight helping hand , BE CAREFUL !

Certainly no less than AU-58, but this looks to me like it's an original FH MS coin that's just been poorly stored over the years.

Looks low MS but I think the scratch in the left pedestal and the scratches above the eagle's tail may details it.

Definitely better than 58, probably a 61/62 FH, I love the original skin. Looks beautiful!

AU at best. Overall very attractive but the loss of detail in the shield and foreground-wing bothers me.

Either AU-58 or MS-62 FH, hard to tell from the pics.

CoinCollector2012- The only way to settle this. When are you going to submit it?

I have no plans to submit it. Right now, it's got a new home in my type set .

In hand, it's a nice, original AU coin IMO. When I saw it at the LCS, I knew I had to have it, and I got it for a steal!

For me this is a wow coin. Huge fan of original un-dipped silver and with a full strike to boot. AU-58FH
