Genuine - authentic original surfaces with a lovely circulation cameo appearance.

My grade estimate (not an expert) is F15/VF20.

A full LIBERTY no longer seems to be a firm requirement for Fine with Seated coinage. Given the original look and overall positive eye appeal I think this would garner F-12 at PCGS or NGC.
