No expert here, but looks exactly correct compared with Heritage images, down to a couple subtle lines through LIB in Liberty. But man that's an expensive coin in MS RB to be uncertified. It would take an expert opinion on grade to give you a value.

Variety attributes match 1816 N-2 which is a common variety and a significant portion of the Randall Hoard so Unc specimens are not unusual. I'd say real.

It looks like it is okay to me, but I would suggest that you have the seller slab the coin using (PCGS or other major grading service).

It looks genuine because it is genuine.

Not just that exact coin, but that exact image of that exact coin (with a little color temperature adjustment). I would want a picture of the coin next to today's newspaper...
