My avatar is one of my favorite errors and is much more fascinating in hand than these pictures show. Surprisingly it is an 1881 and not a 1865, I only wish I had the piece that broke away. I managed to snag this off ebay for a reasonable price and love showing it to my son and his friends - maybe one of them will catch the bug as well
