Zoom in on the "we" and notice how the w is higher than all the other letters. New to collecting and thought this was interesting. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

It is only the coin we need to see.
Picture is blurry but it looks like a Misaligned Die.
Not uncommon.

In the 1960's the mint was still using the original master hub from 1916. The working dies and hubs produced from it lacked detail as the hub was very worn by 1960. As you progress to 1968, the signs become worse on the obverse of ALL Lincoln cents produced. What your seeing is a migration of the devices into the rim, very normal. The more extreme example is the L in LIBERTY. In the 60's it was almost perpendicular to the surface!

You have a normal coin, worth 1 cent.
