I'm not really sure what's going on here. Looks to me like this maybe happened when coin was made & edges of coin were folded over?

Bad news is it seems altered after strike. Good news is this quarter survived the torture test and is still acceptable for trade. Although some vending machines may disagree with me. Thanks, Doug.
