Quote: It does look like it has been cleaned. Net graded VF30 I was going to make the same comment and perhaps it is net-graded to VF30. Certainly market-acceptable for problem-free, the obverse in particular shows signs of the fields being wiped/cleaned.

I am a little surprised that no one commented on Liberty's legs, lap, mid section and right arm. Looks like damage or scratches which I think would detail the coin or am I way off?
