Some clearer pics from different lighting angles would be better.

If it was Split Plate Doubling, the zinc would be showing. Although, the pictures are too poor of quality to accurately tell what's going on.

Briggs don't give up looking there are thousands of die varieties out there and chances are you have had one and didn't know it. Look far beyond what is listed in the cherrypickers book. Using this forum and varityvista, coppercoins, doubledie.com, authoritative reference on Lincoln Cents Bookwill get you into the swing of things. Being able to find lesser minor die varieties takes practice, when the lights come on you will have an aha moment. Sheer numbers will also help, the more you go through the better the odds. Do you have a 10× a 16x lens and a small lamp? Have you gotten a bank or banks to order $25.00 boxes? My first 250,000 coins were a big learning curve at around half a million the lights came on. Consider buying a few raw examples of ones like 1972 F'S-108, 1972 D ddo-001, 2014 ddo-003, 1955 D ddo-001, and 1995 F'S-101. Each coin is a different type class of doubling and will help you differentiate from normal strike coins. One in hand will save you 100 questions and can be picked up for a very reasonable price. Good luck with your roll hunting practice and knowledge are key. Welcome to the forum.

The pics are blurry so I can't tell for sure, but I think it looks like a normal coin. Yet the E in Liberty looks like it has some double die on the back of the letter.

The 'E' is showing Die Deterioration. All dies when the devices wear, start moving towards the rim direction.

A doubled die does involve the edge of the device, but the centers of the devices. It tends to enlarge the devices. On the single squeeze dies it distorts the devices.
