For example, there is a vertical scratch from the 'Y' downwards towards the '5'. (obv.) I am unable to say what proportion of minor scratches are on the coin, and what proportion are on the slab. However, the slab still allows visual examination for wear. I fail to see any wear on the coin. Therefore, I think that coin has to have some sort of MS grade. Pleasing example, nice luster, especially on the reverse. Report this Post to the Staff
