When submitting a coin for grading to PCGS does the submitter have to specify they would like a special attribution, such as FBL or FSB, or will they designate it automatically if it qualifies?

I know the submission sheet says $18 for variety attribution but I'm not clear if that's a die variety (RPM, VAM, double die, etc.) or if that includes Full Bell Lines on Franklins.

Anyone know for sure?

Thanks

Apologies for the typo. The subject line of that last post should read FBL.

FBL, FB, FT, FH, FS, certain VAMs, overdates are all automatic designations you don't need to pay extra for those. I might have forgotten a few others that are automatic as well.
