2019 D Lincoln Cent Help Identifying Error

I've been collecting for a while but had no clue what I was doing just collecting old coins. I'm just now learning all the errors and variety's. I found a 2019 and I'm not sure how to identify what's wrong with it. Inside the rim I've seen a bunch of almost inner rim like flat spots but this one is into the lettering and you can see maybe the bracketing of the stamp between the letters. Or whatever it's called. In the letter M it is almost the same height as the letter itself. I'm just trying to learn all the ins and outs and I'm not sure how to identify it.
