However, every once in a while, in pursuit of the various coins of interest in the multitude of coin auctions across the world, I stumble across some interesting US material. If the price is right, I am more than happy to be opportunistic. A few years back, I picked up an interesting piece in a European auction. I sent a bunch of my world coin to NGC for grading several weeks back and decided to throw this one in the mix. This is how it came back: Report this Post to the Staff

I don't care too much for this particular coin (much too small for my liking), I was just being opportunistic, so that grade was an affirmation of my gamble. As for the 90 degree rotation, you are right, it is very uncommon from my research, but there are other examples of such instances. I was not aware of this rotation when bidding and was very concerned about authenticity when I received the item.
