I bought 40 of these silver one oz coins and about ten of them were improperly stored and therefore tarnished. IDK how collectible these are but since they aren't real "coins" Is it better to clean of this tarnish before I repackage them for storing?

They are bullion coins. However, it can't hurt to do an acetone soak on them to get rid of any PVC or contamination.

I wouldn't waste my time. They're just bullion coins and no one will pay you more for bright ones.

Looks like the top one has already been cleaned. I agree with Coinfrog.
